The liquid state raw materials are continuously injected into the middle of two formed panels and reacting, foaming, solidifying in the double-beltl machine, furthermore, the PU sandwich panel could be cut out automatically according to the required length for users.
• The whole line is consisting of two decoilers, two film converers, cutting equipment, Two roll forming machines, one preheating, one PU foaming machine, one mobile injector, one double-belt laminator, one set of plastic blocks supporting corrugation skin, one hot-air circulator, one set of side chemical stopper, one automatic cutting machine, roller conveyor, steel platform, powered roller conveyor and auto control etc.
